Jerry began his real estate career right out of college after earning his degree from the University of Kansas. Jerry started with one of the largest developer’s in Kansas City The J.C. Nichols Company specializing in residential sales and shortly thereafter was promoted to new home sales and became a new home project manager for one of the 64 developments Nichols developed throughout Kansas City. Jerry has spent the last 34 years in both new home and residential sales. Jerry is focused on both residential and new homes. Jerry’s current expertise gives you the best of both worlds. Heather Kelso

“I love Kansas City!” For 35 years, Kansas City has been home to Heather Kelso.  A licensed agent for over 8 years Heather gained knowledge quickly by working alongside seasoned mentor, Jerry.  She also has prior experience working with her father developer and real estate broker.

After graduating with her MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she assisted people as an investment portfolio counselor at what is now Bank of America. Allstate Insurance then hired Heather to work in their financial division. In 2004, Heather established a private school in Overland Park. It is still thriving today. On a personal note she and Jerry have 5 wonderful children and three grandchildren. She has been actively involved as a board member of both the Kansas City Blazers swim team and Young Life. She and Jerry are also active church members and involved in leadership.
